Are the watches real and authentic?

All our watches are authentic. We are an official stockist of all our brands and we source our products directly from the manufacturers. Any watch purchased from Sanctuary Watches Ltd is guaranteed to arrive at your doorstep brand new and with all its official packaging and documentation.

Are the watches packaged in their original watch boxes?

Yes, all the watches and accessories are packaged in their original boxes.
Please be aware that we get all of our boxes from each brand so they may differ from any images shown on the website. The box colour cannot be requested when checking out, and they are assigned randomly to each watch. 

Where do you get your products from?

We liaise directly with each brand and get our products directly from their warehouses.

 

How are your products so cheap?

Our products are available exclusively online. As we do not have a brick-and-mortar store, any running costs that would've incurred are now passed on to our customers in the form of savings. We have a good working relationship with our suppliers and we make our best to ensure that we get the best price for our customers.

 

  • Do you adjust straps before shipment?

    No, we do not offer a strap adjustment service.

  • Do you engrave items?

    No, we do not offer an engraving service.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    No, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping. If you are ordering as a gift for someone please know that your invoice is emailed to you and will not appear in the box delivered.

Do you offer financing options?

Is it secure to buy with you?

Yes. It is 100% secure to buy from us. We do not see your debit/credit card details, once a transaction has been confirmed, we are simply instructed that your payment has been accepted. 

  • Can I pay in my local currency?

    Sorry, but we do not offer this service at this time. All payments are billed in pound sterling (UK). To view the equivalent prices in your local currency, click the country flag at the right hand corner of the page and select currency from the drop down menu.

  • Can I pay at delivery?

    No, you cannot pay at delivery. We apologise, but all purchases must be paid for in full before we dispatch your order.
